However, when old skeletons are dug up, threatening to derail what she’s been working for, she goes on a journey to find answers that only Avery can help answer.
Although they face different hurdles, they take solace in knowing they’ll get over each one together. Through late night tears, wisdom, and the strength of friendship, they learn innumerable truths about life and exactly who holds their forever.
**This is a relatable Christian fiction novel. Characters are not perfect and situations aren't always ideal, but this book effortlessly references to Christian principals. ENJOY!**

The cast of characters was so intense that I got caught up a few times in the drama. Yori, Kendra, and Destiny were three different in many ways, yet alike in more than a few. Yori seemed to be the central character searching for her true place in her family. Kendra was searching for love in all the wrong places, while Destiny just wanted to know who she was and from whence she'd come. A compelling story.
This was such an amazingly uplifting story. The story itself holds your attention from start to finish. Between the three main characters, there's something that I'm sure we all can relate to. It could be Yori's inner battle to please her father or accept true love from Donovan. It could be Kendra's need to make it work with her daughter's father regardless of his past discretions or open herself up to the possibility of loving Jeremy. Or finally, it could be Destiny's need to finally be independen, her struggle with that or her journey to find herself. Regardless, there is something for everyone in this story. Chenise does an extraordinary job of following the ladies and making sure we as readers know exactly what's going on without missing a detail. Buy it! Read it! Loveit!!
I enjoyed this book. I think 20 somethings can relate to it for sure. Yori’s story was my favorite. Donovan and her knew that God had ordained them and unfortunately her father’s views got in the way. I’m glad they got together at the end. I would like to hear more about her mom and what made her leave. Kendra made me mad at one point when she disregarded a connection with Jeremy to go back to her baby’s father Coby. I do think people change but after so many times, you have to believe what they show you. Jeremy was patient and I hope they marry. Destiny had some growing to do but we all do. I’m so glad she ended up adopting. I think that brought peace to her previous situation. This was a good read.

It was like watching a movie. And very relatable. Looking forward to the next one.
Thai book was very descriptive and painted vivid pictures of every scene. If you have any interest in romance, and Christ this is the perfect book for you. It was touching to me ! Great read !
